The ISOA Legal Affairs Committee with hold its next monthly meeting on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 9:00AM EST. The two primary discussion topics will be:
- Buy American initiatives and possible expansion and enforcement in the next Administration, presented by Ward & Berry
- Litigation and risk mitigation strategies for contractors on the battlefield sued in tort cases (wrongful death/personal injury) in US courts, presented by Covington
