Dear Industry Colleague,

 

We are pleased to announce, after a number of years in hiatus, the re-launching of the ISOA Legal Affairs Committee (LAC). Long-standing members will recall the prior LAC as one of the most active committees in the association. The LAC will bring together lawyers and interested members to discuss the latest developments in, among other things, legislation, regulations, executive orders, and court decisions. The goal will be to help both members and the association develop a deeper understanding of how these developments may affect members and potentially help the association identify areas of focus for outreach and advocacy.

 

The first LAC meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, October 21, from 9:00am to 10:00am EDT. We thank Mark DeWitt, a member of the ISOA Board of Directors, for leading this committee. All member company legal representatives or other personnel interested in legal developments are invited to attend free of charge. In order to facilitate virtual meetings, registration will be required.
