The PSC Committee meeting will feature a report by Michelle Quinn, who holds the industry seat for private security companies in North, Central and South America. She attended the recent International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) Annual General Assembly (AGA) in Geneva, Switzerland last week (12/4-5/2023.) The two day event was then followed by ICoCA’s inaugural “Responsible Security Forum” on 12/6/2023. Both forums were well-attended, extremely engaging, and were a great platform for a robust discussion of many current/critical topics in the international security space and the important work of our Industry.

The PSC Committee Portal (ISOA members only) has two documents that Michelle has provided from the meeting: slides that were presented to ICoCA’s Industry Pillar on 12/4, covering an overview of ICoCA’s members and affiliates. ICoCA’s 2023 Procurement Guide for contracting responsible private security. The procurement guide is designed for clients of private security companies, but it is also useful for private security company personnel to be aware of the contents as this can be used to help explain to clients the value of the due diligence conducted by ICoCA.
