Join ISOA for our second VIRTUAL Small Business Matchmaking session of the year! Small Businesses will have the opportunity to meet in small groups with mid-sized Prime Contractors (Primes) during this virtual session.

** Note: This session will include a different selection of Primes than were included in our January virtual event.

The session will start off with all participants in the same Zoom room. At that time, the Primes will introduce themselves. After that, Small Businesses will be assigned to breakout rooms to meet in small groups with the Primes to present themselves and meet other Small Businesses. After a period of time, the Small Businesses will be re-assigned to another breakout room with another Prime. Small Businesses will have the opportunity to meet with all (or most) of the Primes during the breakout sessions.

Once you register, you will receive a link to the June 8 Zoom event. Please note you must use the same email address to login to the Zoom session on June 8 as you used to register for the session on our website.

Small businesses should prepare using these guidelines:

1. Arrive on time - the session starts at 9 AM ET. The large Prime Contractors (Primes) will not repeat their introductions during the breakout sessions.
2. Do your homework - learn as much as you can about the Primes you want to meet with
3. Have a great capabilities statement - core competencies, past performance, differentiators, and be prepared to clearly and concisely explain how you can provide the best solution.
4. Practice your pitch - be prepared with an “elevator pitch” that briefly highlights business capabilities, certifications, customers, past performance and your unique sales proposition.
5. Watch the clock - you will be allocated just a minute or two to present yourself to the prime. Remember that this is only an introductory session. You must allow the other businesses to present their pitches during the time allocated.
6. Bring takeaway materials - make sure you have your links and contact info ready to share with the Primes

8. Follow up
