On February 14 from noon to 3:30 PM, join the Project 2049 Institute and the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) for our upcoming virtual conference entitled Taiwan's Global
Gravity: The Push and Pull of Coercive and Annihilative Cross-Strait Scenarios. This conference will feature a keynote opening address from The Honorable Bi-Khim Hsiao, Taiwan's Representative to the United States, as well as a closing discussion
with Project 2049 Chairman Randall Schriver and Congresswoman Elaine Luria (VA-2). In between, we will host a panel to discuss Taiwan's defense and operational readiness, followed by another group of experts to discuss the United Nations and Taiwan's
international space.
