Anna Urman is a senior procurement analyst at the US Department of State OSDBU, where she assists the Department in meeting its small business goals by reviewing acquisitions, conducting internal and external training, drafting policy, conducting market research, and counseling small business vendors on doing business with the Department of State. Prior to joining DoS, Anna was the Director of the Virginia PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center). She has spent her career advising businesses on government market strategy, including opportunity analysis, competitive positioning, and customer intelligence. She lives in Alexandria VA, and is active in animal rescue.
