Congress has passed and the President has signed annual State Foreign Operations appropriations bills that has maintained, and slightly increased, U.S. foreign assistance spending.  Join us for a webinar crash course on the annual State Foreign Operations bill, with an examination of the the titles, accounts and programs that total approximately $55 billion per year.  We will focus in particular on those programs at State, USAID and other development agencies that are oriented towards fragile states and stability operations.
